A 200 mg daily dose is effective and reduces the risk of gastric discomfort and is blended with chromium polynicotinate for normal blood glucose levels. Well tolerated and absorbed within about 30 minutes, to support healthy metabolism, nutrient utilisation and weight management in conjunction with diet and exercise.
