International Orders
International customers are welcome and we send many orders overseas every week. We send mainly
to Australia, but have many customers in the United States of America, United Kingdom and almost
all countries from Africa to Vietnam.
We use DHL as our preferred freight supplier as we find they have the greatest number of
addresses we can deliver to.
International Freight
We only charge actual freight. When you place your order, the freight cost is automatically calculated for you based on the weight of the products
your order. This is displayed so you can approve before your credit card is charged.
Prices
All our prices (and freight costs) are in New Zealand dollars.
Your credit card will be charged in New Zealand dollars and then converted to your local currency at the current exchange rate that your credit card company is using.
Westpac currency converter
Our price includes delivery but does not include any of your local taxes or duties or other
customs charges. These costs are your responsibility. We generally find that provided the value
of the entire order is less than NZ$250 you will not be subject to additional charges for
non-business purchases. However we cannot guarantee this and ask that you ensure that your
local laws allow the importing of any product ordered. We will record the actual New Zealand
dollar value of your purchase on your parcel.
Payments
For international orders we require credit card payment, we do not store your credit card information. All credit card transactions are processed by Direct Payment Solutions (DPS)
payment express. DPS is a Visa and MasterCard certified provider and has been providing services
for the Australian and New Zealand markets since 1997 and is used by many of New Zealand’s
largest companies.
