I am a retired roofing contractor and suffer from lower back, knee and elbow joint
stiffness and discomfort. I had tried Glucosamine tablets until 2 years ago my brother told me about
CAA. This morning I have just finished a small roofing job to help out a neighbour which would have been almost impossible back then. Also I had a split
thumb nail which refused to grow out (it had been like it for over five years). This has now

On a very cloudy day prior to Christmas, my daughter decided to walk up the Mount. She did not put sunblock on or wear a hat. She walked up to the top of the mount the long way and then spent about 10 minutes in the water after she had walked back down.
That evening she came home very distressed with what I can say is the 'worst sunburn' I have ever seen! Her face was so badly sunburnt that her cheeks were purple, skin super tight and she even had sunburn under her chin where the rays had reflected off the water.
