unrefined salt

During the refining of regular salt, over 50 trace minerals, most of which our body needs for optimum health, are lost, except for two, sodium and chloride. However RealSalt, which is unrefined, still contains all 50 plus of these lost minerals. Health enthusiasts swear by the benefits of unrefined salt.

However, other unrefined salts are usually grey, chunky, damp and full of impurities from our modern seas. But RealSalt is a flecked, pinkish brown, clean and as free pouring and fine particled as refined salt.

RealSalt also contains natural Iodine that remains in the body far longer than the inorganic Iodine which is added to refined table salt. No Iodine lack has been reported by users of RealSalt. Besides which, our popular CAA capsules contain sea kelp which also provides ample natural Iodine.
